Philippine hours afterward.Why join MicroSourcing?You'll HaveCompetitive Rewards: Enjoy above-market compensation, healthcare coverage on day one, plus one or more dependents, paid time-off with cash conversion, group life insurance, and performance bonusesA Collaborative Spirit: Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment by participating in company-sponsored events and activities.Work-Life Harmony: Enjoy the balance between work and life that suits you with flexible work arrangements.Career Growth: Take advantage of opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement.Inclusive Teamwork: Be part of a team that celebrates diversity and fosters an inclusive culture.Your RoleAs a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:Manage and maintain the content/editorial calendar, delegating tasks as needed.Create, schedule, and publish content on the company blog and across social media platforms.Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture audiences.Generate a wide range of reports and dashboards in HubSpot to monitor KPIs and track campaign performance.Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot marketing automation tools, including workflows and forms.Work with the marketing director to oversee website strategy and content.Research and implement SEO strategies in coordination with an outsourced SEO provider.Track, analyze, and report on metrics (email, social media, website, campaigns) to support data-driven decision-making.Support PR and branding efforts, including thought leadership and press releases.Non-negotiablesMarketing agency experience.Software Proficiency in HubSpot.3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in managing campaigns across multiple channels.Strong background in content management and social media marketing.Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and campaign performance measurementPreferred Skills/expertise1-2 years of experience working with HubSpot.
