We’re looking for someone who has big ideas, is wildly creative, and can not only adopt our brand voice and identity but elevate it to new heights.If you’re someone who thrives on creative freedom and wants to be part of something meaningful (and a lot ridiculous), this might just be your dream job.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and continuously optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns with seasonal updates and A/B testingDevelop, manage, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, leveraging trends, video editing, and strong hooks for maximum reachManage and evaluate influencer partnerships, identifying high-value collaborators and avoiding low-return engagementsLead campaigns and promotions (giveaways, experience launches, special events, seasonal activations like April Fools) to drive awareness and salesCollaborate with tourism and industry partners, representing the brand at events, maintaining relationships, and coordinating joint campaignsCreate, manage, and analyze email campaigns and monthly newsletters through MailchimpMaintain and update the WordPress/Elementor website for brand consistency, conversion optimization, and timely updatesDefine and uphold the brand’s unique voice and identity, ensuring consistent messaging across ads, social media, website, and emailUse Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting tools to measure performance against targets and provide insightsEnsure all marketing efforts are cost-effective, focusing on maximizing value and ROI with minimal spendEngage in proactive PR and media relations, crafting press releases, pitching stories, and building relationships with local and national media to promote campaigns, events, and brand milestonesSupport lead generation and B2B outreach efforts to attract business clients to our corporate offerings including experiential team training and private eventsExperience and Qualifications:4+ years in digital marketingAdvanced skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimization (including A/B testing, conversion tracking, and seasonal adjustments)Proficient in video editing, content creation, and storytelling for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)Must be skilled in graphic design using Canva or similar platforms, with the ability to create polished, on-brand assets for use across all marketing channelsExperienced in influencer partnership management, with strong judgment on ROI and brand fitSkilled in email marketing and newsletter creationStrong proficiency in WordPress/Elementor, with knowledge of conversion rate optimization and design consistencyProficient with Google Analytics, reporting, and UTM tracking for campaign measurementStrong understanding of brand voice, creative messaging, and identity developmentDemonstrated success in B2B marketing and lead generationBasic photography and content capture skills, with the ability to take quality photos or videos for social and web use when neededCost-conscious marketer with the ability to deliver lean, high-impact campaignsExcellent collaborator with partners, influencers, and cross-industry organizationsHighly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines with minimal oversightCan reliably commute 2-3 days per week to the farm at 906200 Township Rd 12, Bright, ON N0J 1B0Please send your resume and cover letter directly to info@udderlyridiculousfarmlife.com.In the cover letter, it is essential that you give us your best joke!We can't wait to meet you.
