Job Description We’re looking for a Marketing Campaigns Specialist to support our North America Performance Marketing team by coordinating marketing activities with third-party associations (e.g. AICPA, CFO Brew, and other industry associations). This role focuses on execution—managing calendars, delivering assets on time, tracking performance, and supporting campaigns across multiple Sage products in the US and Canada.Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Toronto officeMinimum Qualifications: What You'll Bring... 2 years of experience in B2B marketing campaigns coordination or management. Strong organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail. Clear and confident communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Understanding of campaign performance metrics and reporting, with an analytical mindset to interpret campaign results Basic proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Coordination & Management Coordinate association tactics across multiple Sage products, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging guidelines. Maintain campaign calendars for external associations and publishers. Act as the main point of contact between internal requestors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and information.Performance Tracking & Budget ManagementMonitor campaign activity and gather performance data. Prepare reports that highlight results and note opportunities to improve future placements. Process purchase orders and invoices to support budget management and partner payments.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, and Finance teams to support smooth campaign execution and reporting.Benefits? Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$65,000 to C$75,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (15%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
