Combining medical expertise with creative digital storytelling, the clinic is expanding its presence across key social and e-commerce platforms — and we’re seeking a Digital Buyer to help accelerate this growth.Role OverviewThe Digital Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book). The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of beauty and lifestyle audiences, understands performance marketing metrics, and can translate creative visuals into measurable conversions.This opportunity is open to candidates based in Singapore or those seeking to work remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu to drive brand awareness, clinic traffic, and lead generation.Optimise ad performance through data-driven decisions — analyzing results, adjusting targeting, creative, and bidding strategies to meet CPL/ROAS goals.Develop platform-specific strategies to reach beauty-interested audiences and convert them into consultations or appointments.Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad creatives reflect brand aesthetics and resonate with target segments.Monitor and report campaign performance, producing clear insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay informed of beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and algorithm updates across all platforms to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective.Manage campaign budgets efficiently, balancing performance and cost while maximizing ROI.Support influencer or KOL collaborations on TikTok and Xiaohongshu to amplify brand reach.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and/or Xiaohongshu (experience in beauty, aesthetics, or lifestyle brands preferred).Strong analytical mindset — confident interpreting campaign data, A/B test results, and performance dashboards.Familiar with pixel installation, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.Ability to craft compelling ad copies and visuals that align with brand tone and medical-aesthetic positioning.Proficiency in English, Mandarin Proficiency is a plus (for campaign copywriting, audience engagement, and Xiaohongshu content coordination).Preferred AttributesPassionate about the beauty, skincare, and aesthetics industry.Able to balance creativity with performance-driven results.Resourceful, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and operations teams.What You’ll GainOpportunity to shape the clinic’s digital advertising strategy and brand presence across Asia’s fastest-growing beauty platforms.Exposure to multi-channel marketing initiatives, influencer partnerships, and aesthetic campaign analytics.Competitive salary with attractive incentives tied to campaign performance.Supportive and collaborative environment that values innovation and results.This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”).e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
