Join us in shaping the future of our digital services![Job Description]Digital Platform Implementation for Customers (Omnichannel)Establish operational strategies to ensure smooth customer experience processes within digital platforms.Deploy and maintain digital platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Initiate and manage omnichannel platform development, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Prioritize stakeholders’ needs, set rollout plans, and oversee dealer training while reflecting customer behavior, competitor activities, and HQ strategic direction.Define platform scope for each Business Unit, design digital processes and organization, and assess feasibility of new platform initiatives.Digital Customer Platform Optimization and ManagementRe-engineer and enhance business processes across the entire customer journey to improve platform performance and user experience.Develop initiatives and KPIs to measure and maintain operational efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.Support platform operations through Incident, Problem, and Change Management; resolve technical issues in collaboration with HQ and internal stakeholders.Prioritize new requirements, manage feasibility reviews, and ensure alignment with CRM team for integrated customer journey processes.Monitor recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain platform stability and enhance business initiatives.Stakeholder Alignment and CommunicationCoordinate with HQ and regional teams to align strategic directions with market requirements and resolve issues through periodic and ad-hoc communication.Proactively engage internal teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, PPS, Finance, Legal, CCC) and external partners/agencies to execute digital initiatives and conduct in-depth analysis.Organize communication sessions, dealer training, workshops, and information sharing; develop dealer distribution materials to support digital adoption.Work with internal and external organizations to enhance digital dealer solutions; prepare regular management reports for MBK, HQ, and project steering committees.Ensure smooth coordination for new initiatives and maintain transparent communication across all stakeholders.Data Stewardship & MonitoringDefine operational KPIs to measure platform’s efficiency, effectiveness and productivity etc.Manage and maintain data inventory and quality to increase data accuracyCollaborate with data owners (business units) on data quality issues and priorities and solve issues if necessaryEnsure data governance and compliance by monitoring with relevant stakeholdersLegal/Compliance & Regulatory AbidanceFollow guidelines from Legal and Compliance teams to implement applicable laws and internal standards.Oversee adherence to local laws, including data privacy and regulatory requirements for digital services.Assist with external reporting, respond to authority inquiries, and manage internal processes for ad-hoc documentation and data requests.[Qualifications]Education4 year university graduateBachelor’s degree in business administration/automotive related majors preferredExperience 5 years of experience in online sales processes and tools, preferably in auto or luxury retail industryExperience and knowledge on system implementation preferredSpecific knowledgeProject planning and managementStrong operational skill with attention to detailsGood at playing with numbers and statistics with strong OA(MS Excel) skillExcellent communication skill both Korean and English (verbal, written and presentation)Team spirit[Other Information]Recruitment ProcessMercedes-Benz Korea follows a structured recruitment process consisting of the following steps:Document ScreeningPersonality & Aptitude TestFirst InterviewSecond InterviewFinal SelectionApplication GuidelinesApplicants must be eligible for overseas travel.
