We are looking for experts who will expand our ecosystem based on file transfer service.ResponsibilitiesService Strategy Development and ExecutionDevelop short- and long-term strategies and goal roadmaps for each product in alignment with the company's vision and strategyMonitor product performance and enhance user-centered services through data-driven service optimization (e.g., user experience design, definition, hypothesis testing, data analysis, etc.)Explore new business strategies by conducting market research and competitive analysis to propose and execute initiativesService Planning and OperationsPlanning and operation of product services within Rakuten Symphony's Internet Service BUCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including development and marketing, to establish service policies and enhance operational efficiencyMinimum Qualifications10+ years of relevant experience (experience in IT product-based services with 100,000+ MAU or experience in planning, launching, and operating a service at least once)5+ years of experience in product management1+ year of experience in both front-end and back-end development1+ year of experience in data analysis and research-related projectsProficient in EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience in cross-functional team collaboration and team leadersshipBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in software developmentAbility to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in using data analysis toolsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively through communication
