We combine data-driven marketing with personal service — and we’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Digital Project Coordinator to join our growing team.OverviewThe Digital Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of website and digital marketing projects across the agency. This mid-level role ensures that project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met while maintaining accuracy in tracking, automation, and reporting systems.You’ll serve as a bridge between account executives, developers, and strategists — organizing workflows, managing platform setups, and troubleshooting technical issues with a problem-solving mindset. You are the captain of GSD (Get Stuff Done)!Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & CommunicationSupport Account Executives with client communication, updates, task tracking, and documentation.Coordinate across design, development, and strategy teams to ensure clear handoffs and on-time delivery.Manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate changes or delays.Client Onboarding & Access ManagementSet up and verify client access to marketing and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CallRail, CMS, etc.).Maintain organized documentation of client credentials, integrations, and platform details.Support onboarding of new website and marketing clients to ensure a smooth launch process.Tracking, Reporting & Automation SetupConfigure and validate conversion tracking within Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CallRail.Build and maintain DashThis dashboards for real-time client performance reporting.Create and manage Zapier automations to streamline lead routing, reporting, and notifications.Support marketing automation workflows including CRM integrations, form submissions, and lead nurturing.Troubleshoot tracking and automation issues using a data-driven approach.Quality Assurance & Post-Launch SupportPerform website QA testing to confirm responsiveness, functionality, and tracking accuracy.Ensure all launch deliverables meet project specifications and client goals.Conduct post-launch reviews to verify that reporting and automation systems are operational.Qualifications3+ years of experience in digital project coordination, marketing operations, or web project management.Strong understanding of digital marketing systems (Google Tag Manager, GA4, CallRail).Experience with Zapier, DashThis, and marketing automation or CRM tools (High Level, Salesforce, etc.).Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple projects.Experience using project management tools such as Teamwork PM or Monday.com.Bonus SkillsBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or paid media campaign tracking.Previous experience at a digital agency.Why You’ll Love Working at FasturtleCollaborative, supportive team environment.Flexible hybrid work options.Opportunities for professional growth and digital marketing training.Competitive compensation with performance bonuses.Be part of a company recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for growth and innovation.Apply TodayIf you’re passionate about digital marketing, organization, and technology — and you thrive on helping teams deliver exceptional client results — we’d love to hear from you.
