该职位来源于猎聘 About the role The role Digital, social and data value acceleration director will lead the team in charge of driving enterprise digital full funnel diagnosis & analytics, build fit for future digital social, KOL capabilities, and pilot fit-for-future new data tools, applications and products based on business needs to optimize full funnel excellence, as well as on trend of external developments.Key responsibilitiesDelivery of enterprise digital full funnel diagnosis as key business/brand/A&P effectiveness and efficiency excellence enablers for stakeholders (Category GM, Finance, MKT & Ecommerce Head, etc.) with insight & opportunity & watch outs.Develop, Optimize and Evolve enterprise social and KOL planning, intelligence, tracking, enabling tools/guidance, and partnership ecosystem to drive social effectiveness and leadership across all categories.Delivery of short/ long-term data value acceleration strategy and implementation roadmap with use cases based on business requirements and external opportunity assessment, with resource identification & alignments.Bring in external best practise, Identifying, Building and Rolling out x-category learnings to dial up capabilities and embed data value learnings.Establishment and evolvement of Consumer Data strategy, and application plan.Qualifications and skillsBachelor Degree and above, Management Trainee profile preferred. MBA is a plus.Digital/Social/Brand Marketing + Media/Research/ISV Agency/Consulting experience is preferred.Candidate with Hands on Experiences managing Digital social or Digital commerce spending in Marketing or digital team from Beauty, Top FMCG or top ranking MNC brands in Douyin, is preferred.Passion in Digital, digital savvy with deep social knowledge and understanding of complex China digital & social commerce landscape. Visionary with Strategic thinking, good problem-solving skill with logic, expertise in data & analytics.This role needs to have strong business acumen, deep understanding of brand marketing with consumer insight, solid digital full funnel experiences esp. expert knowledge level on the “Interest” funnel - Social, and deep understanding of digital/social/D-com platform to identify brand digital effectiveness optimization opportunitiesProven skills of stakeholder influence with excellent communication skill across matrix organizations in China local level and regional levelmanage a high degree of complexity across diverse markets in changing environment. Ability to drive and enable changeProving skills of project leadership and building high performing team.Language proficiency both in English and Chinese, Good presentation in English.
