该职位来源于猎聘 1. 精通中文与日文，有日本留学经历为优； 2. 拥有建筑学或相关专业学历（城市规划、室内设计等）； 3. 8-10年建筑设计与工程开发类项目经验，拥有项目管理协调经验，拥有酒店及文旅项目经验为优； 4. 本职位在方案设计阶段需要对接裸心设计团队与日本当地的设计公司，确保设计方案同时符合裸心设计标准与日本当地建筑法规，推进项目报批并对接各专业深化工作； 5.本职位在工程落地阶段需对接日本当地承建商，协助裸心设计团队与裸心当地工程团队，确保项目施工按照方案设计标准，高质量建造呈现。
