该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责公司策划及设计和短视频创意工作； 2、对平面设计和短视频有较强的创意和执行能力； 3、能按照公司要求，有质量、有想法的完成平面设计、脚本创意和视频剪辑。 任职要求： 1、美术、多媒体、艺术设计等相关专业 2、有平面设计及视频剪辑经验优先； 3、精通Photoshop、Illustrator、Pr等设计软件，能独立完成平面设计和视频剪辑； 4、有良好审美能力，有创意，色彩感强，对以用户为中心的设计理念有一定的理解； 5、善于与人沟通，良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任感，能够承受压力，有创新精神，保证工作质量；
