Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Representative based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for building client relationships, presenting and promoting insurance products, analyzing customer needs, achieving sales targets, and actively seeking out new sales opportunities. The role involves maintaining excellent customer service, providing guidance to clients, and participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and building relationshipsProven Customer Service and Sales abilities, with a focus on achieving targets and meeting client needsExperience in Training and a proactive approach to learning and developing product knowledgeExcellent time management abilities and self-motivation to thrive in a hybrid work environmentPrevious experience in the insurance sector or financial services is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
