We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to drive the adoption of our engineering products [Cooling Towers, Industrial Solutions, Automation, Special Machines]. You will be the technical bridge between our innovative solutions and our B2B clients, using your engineering knowledge to understand customer needs, outperform competitors, and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate for this position will be will obtain and expand the company's business relationships. In order to succeed in this position the candidate must have a solid technical understanding of the company and its products compiled with sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients.  ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and initiate contact with key factory decision-makers (Plant Managers, Engineering Directors).Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B opportunities in Chemical, Pharma, Food, and FMCG sectors.Collaborate with engineering to translate needs into tailored, integrated ALFAMEC system proposals.Deliver compelling technical and financial (ROI) presentations to secure project buy-in.Lead all contract negotiations to profitably secure new electro-mechanical projects.Provide continuous feedback on competitor activities and emerging industrial trends.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics) or a related technical field.0 to 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in sales, application engineering, or a customer-facing capacity.Strong technical aptitude.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage B2B clients.Strong negotiation skillsA proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for market analysis and competitive strategy
