The resort offers a wide range of leisure, wellness, and children’s facilities, complemented by a diverse selection of award-winning dining experiences.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Director to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel.The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role IncludeOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Provide technical direction and guidance, ensuring the use of best practices, methodologies, and technologies to drive innovation and achieve technical excellence. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with engineering projects, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and communicate strategic vision, goals, and objectives in alignment with the overall business strategy.Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
