Join us to work with talented professionals and make a meaningful impact through supply chain innovation.What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of planning and inventory management professionals, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, continuous learning culture Develop and execute strategies that optimize inventory levels and purchasing efficiency Own the end-to-end purchasing and planning processes for Mobility, TV, Internet and Security portfolios Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and vendors, aligning on forecasts, schedules, and strategic objectives while ensuring adherence to — or exceeding — negotiated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Champion innovation, leveraging new technologies — including generative AI — to enhance operations Champion process standardization and simplification to boost agility and performance Design resilient, adaptive supply chain systems with a focus on risk mitigation, business continuity, and sustainability Establish and monitor KPIs to measure inventory and process effectiveness, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement QualificationsWhat you bring: 10+ years in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing complex, technology-driven supply chain operations Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex supply chain challenges and develop pragmatic, business-focused solutions Proven experience developing and executing strategic supply chain roadmaps aligned with business goals Success leading large-scale change management programs and integrating new technologies in large organizations Strong supplier relationship and strategic sourcing experience focused on value creation Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience in business intelligence tools and performance analytics Background in sustainable supply chain practices Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills — especially at the executive level Recognized as a motivational leader and coach who builds high-performing, engaged teams Great to haves: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation and/or Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) certification would be an asset Being bilingual in English and French would be a bonus
