This role is critical to managing cash across markets, ensuring liquidity, driving forecasting, and enabling safe and scalable operations. Success in this role demands strong technical treasury skills, combined with the ownership mindset of a builder: someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns independently, and communicates cross-functionally with clarity and initiative.What You'll Do Strategic Treasury & Liquidity OptimizationDesign and maintain dynamic global cash flow forecasting models, integrating inputs from FP&A, Accounting, and Loan OperationsPartner with the Controller and CFO to optimize short-term liquidity and allocate capital across markets effectivelyOwn and improve treasury KPIs and internal dashboards for real-time visibilityCash Movement & Wallet InfrastructureUnderstand and manage cash movement across digital wallets, banks, and markets (with real-time vs. delayed access)Ensure all global treasury rails operate reliably and are documented for compliance and auditsLead new bank account setups and treasury infrastructure for market launchesFX Risk Management & Hedging StrategyMonitor currency risk exposure and support cost-effective FX conversion strategiesCollaborate with Finance on FX repatriation planning and executionAssist in developing lightweight hedging frameworks for key marketsTreasury Innovation & Technology IntegrationDrive innovation by evaluating and implementing next-generation treasury management systems (TMS) with advanced cash management, FX desk automation, and digital banking integrationsExplore emerging technologies, such as AI-driven forecasting, blockchain for cross-border payments, and digital wallets to enhance treasury efficiencyLeadership & Strategic AdvisoryServe as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing data-driven insights on treasury strategy and risk mitigationSupport Capital Markets StrategyAssist in treasury-related aspects of debt financing, lender relations, loan operations, and loan compliance, working closely with the finance and capital market team teamsSupport the development of a capital markets strategy, ensuring that treasury supports company expansion effortsEmerging Technologies & Blockchain/Crypto StrategyExplore blockchain and crypto-based solutions to enhance treasury infrastructure, including cross-border payments, liquidity management, and settlement efficiencyEvaluate strategic use cases for stablecoins, tokenized assets, and digital wallets, in collaboration with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignmentWhat You'll Need 10+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience, with hands-on experience managing global liquidityProven ability to self-start and figure things out independently in dynamic, unstructured environmentsPrior experience in fintech, payments, startups, or high-growth businesses with lean teamsAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling and a practical, detail-oriented mindsetStrong cross-functional communication skills — you proactively loop in stakeholders and clarify blockersStrong judgment in balancing strategic thinking with operational executionDeep understanding of cash management, FX hedging, capital allocation, and regulatory complianceProven ability to evaluate and implement treasury management systems, API integrations, and AI-driven forecastingWhat Will Set You ApartPast success ramping quickly in a complex or global finance structureExperience managing digital wallet structures, intercompany cash flows, or treasury in regulated marketsFamiliarity with NetSuite, TMS tools, or API banking integrationsExposure to blockchain-based treasury innovations — including stablecoins, digital wallets, or cross-border crypto payments — and a clear understanding of their practical use cases and regulatory considerationsPassion for using data and tools to drive better decision-making and controlsOur vision is to build a new financial ecosystem where everyone can participate on equal footing and access the tools they need to be financially healthy.
