Brand Manager / Brand DirectorLocation: Miami, FL (In-office, 5 days/week)Compensation:Brand Manager: $120K–$150K base + ~15% bonusBrand Director: Up to ~$220K base + ~25% bonusAbout UsOur client is a fast-growing, global food company with a footprint in over 80 countries and a stronghold in the U.S. market. The culture is lean, entrepreneurial, and impact-driven—with limited bureaucracy and high visibility.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager or Brand Director to lead global brand marketing efforts. This is a pivotal role in transforming our business from a B2B/distributor-led model into a true consumer-marketing organization. You’ll build the brand function from the ground up, drive consumer engagement, and shape our global presence.Who We’re Looking ForYou have recent, long-term experience in the food & beverage CPG industry—not hospitality, not agencies, and not wine & spirits. You’ve helped scale brands toward $200M+ and know how to balance entrepreneurial agility with big-company discipline. You’re a builder, a leader, and a strategic partner who thrives in fast-paced, globally diverse environments.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and implement brand strategy, processes, and marketing rigorRework brand guidelines and lead global brand messagingAlign global sales and distributor teams around a unified brand voiceDrive consumer awareness, trial, and in-store velocity KPIsManage U.S. and global marketing budgets; advise international marketsPartner with Innovation Lead on product pipeline and commercializationOversee creative development with our new Creative DirectorExpand marketing channels: digital, in-store trade, influencers, events, experiential (no TV/print)Lead and grow a cross-functional marketing team across Miami and EuropeManage a mix of project-based agencies, including Hollywood/product placement partnershipsTeam Structure You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the CEO.
