Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Insurtech Sales Executive to lead business development across the EMEA region. In this highly strategic role, you will own all new business and expansion opportunities across multiple insurance market segments, including Re/Insurers, MGAs, and Lloyd’s Syndicates. The ideal candidate will be based in London. This position is ideal for someone who excels in complex, technical enterprise sales cycles and understands how insurers make decisions regarding underwriting, exposure management, and catastrophe response. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle, including proactive prospecting, qualification, needs assessment, proposal and ROI development, contract negotiation, and post-close account care. Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and technical support to prospective clients, collaborating closely with pre-sales and solutions resources. Set and manage implementation timelines with prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and successful delivery. Continuously refine the sales playbook to drive repeatability, scalability, and improved conversion. Identify and translate customer needs into actionable feedback for engineering and product teams. Execute a land-and-expand strategy to grow revenue within existing enterprise accounts. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape, including products, trends, and market movements. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and speaking events. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, channel opportunities, and supporting marketing/PR tactics. Travel to customer locations as needed to support ongoing sales activities. Perform additional duties as required.  Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling to re/insurers, MGAs, and/or Lloyd’s Syndicates. Strong knowledge of property insurance workflows and the ability to understand complex solutions related to catastrophe risk analytics. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual and quarterly quotas. Experience engaging and building relationships with C-level executives at P&C carriers. Demonstrated experience in the design and execution of sales or account management plans.  Preferred Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with solutions in Exposure Management, Underwriting, and/or CAT Response. Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration environments.
