We’re looking for a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our warm and welcoming team at GOSH Staff Day Nursery. The nursery is in a quiet cul-de-sac on Long Yard, with numerous parks and outdoor provisions available for the children to visit daily.Key Responsibilities IncludeAs Nursery Nurse you will be a Key person who is responsible for building relationships with small groups of children and their families.You will provide high standards of quality within the Nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.Observe, support and extend children's learningPlan appropriately for children using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for guidance.To Be Considered For The Role You Will BeYou will need to have a minimum Childcare Level 3 qualification and experience of working in a busy nursery environment covering the age range 3 months – 5 years, together with excellent knowledge of the child development and current practices.We are keen to make our workforce as diverse as the communities we serve, and we hope to attract applications from underrepresented groups, including people with Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic heritage, people with a disability, and people from LGBTQ+ communities.
