It’s how we create a culture of warmth, empathy and respect that results in more genuine connections and creating inclusive environments, together.The Director of Finance is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance & Accounting Division, while maintaining Hyatt International's high standards of Financial Management.In your role, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.QualificationsIdeally with a university degree in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management. CA certification would be an advantage.Minimum 2 years' work experience as Director of Finance, or Assistant Director of Finance in larger operation.Good problem solving, analytical, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.Knowledge about ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
