Job: Sales Trader - GCC MarketsDepartment: SalesQualification:Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.2 - 3 years of experience in sales trading at a reputable brokerage, with a focus on GCC markets.A strong existing client base in the GCC region is highly advantageous.A transferable client portfolio is a plus.In-depth knowledge of UAE and GCC regulatory requirements related to securities trading.Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Arabic speaking is mandatoryLocation: DubaiExperience in years: 2 - 3 yearsResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:Actively acquire new clients across the GCC, focusing on those interested in equities trading.Leverage your existing client network and industry connections to generate new business leads.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support.Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services offered by the firm to existing clients.Sales & Trading:Promote our GCC equities products and services to potential clients.Execute trades on behalf of clients, ensuring best execution and competitive pricing.Provide market insights and trading ideas to clients, helping them make informed investment decisions.Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.Onboarding & Compliance:Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Educate clients on trading procedures, risk management, and relevant regulations.Revenue Generation:Achieve monthly revenue targets by driving sales and maximizing client engagement.Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your client portfolio.
