Director of Finance We are looking for a strategic financial leader who thrives on driving growth and building organizational excellence. You will be the steward of our financial strategy, ensuring that every decision supports both long-term sustainability and day-to-day operational excellence. From leading financial planning and risk management to overseeing trust fund compliance and audits, your work will directly enable us to grow, innovate, and deliver on our long-term strategic goals. What You’ll Do: Help lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support growth and sustainability.Ensure full compliance with Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations and all Bereavement Authority of Ontario (BAO) regulations.Oversee trust fund management, annual filings, and audit readiness with confidence and precision.Provide forward-looking financial insights to the CEO and Board to guide our strategic planning and decision-making.Build and mentor a high-performing finance team that supports operational excellence. Why This Role Matters: This is more than finance.
