From leading financial planning and risk management to overseeing trust fund compliance and audits, your work will directly enable us to grow, innovate, and deliver on our long-term strategic goals. What You’ll Do: Help lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support growth and sustainability.Ensure full compliance with Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations and all Bereavement Authority of Ontario (BAO) regulations.Oversee trust fund management, annual filings, and audit readiness with confidence and precision.Provide forward-looking financial insights to the CEO and Board to guide our strategic planning and decision-making.Build and mentor a high-performing finance team that supports operational excellence. Why This Role Matters: This is more than finance.
