The hotel comprises of 541 rooms and suites.Join our team as the Director of Food & Beverage!As the Director of Food & Beverage, we rely on you to: Be responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food & Beverage division including the maximization of profits, establishment of quality standards, maintenance of high colleagues performance and customer satisfaction. Lead the team to achieve business results in accordance with the annual F&B budget and KPIs by monitoring and enhancing colleagues' productivity, conducting cost-efficient measures and creating business and revenue improvement strategies. Ensure the operation and the public areas comply with safety regulations to provide a safe and friendly environment for guests and colleagues by ensuring all colleagues follow safety work practices and constantly reviewing and improving work practices. Monitor the market trend and offer suggestions to drive continuous improvement in all areas of F&B operations. Perform any other duties and special projects as required by the senior management. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity. A passion for customer service, clear focus on the customer needs and trends to meet customer satisfaction, and creativity and flair to exceed customer expectation. Excellent leadership skills and mastery in delegating multiple tasks. The highest level of hospitality and professionalism with guest-oriented and service-oriented mindset.
