Role: Director of HR – Digital Media / Remote-First (Asia-linked)Location: Remote-firstExperience: 6+ years of leading HR teams in a tech / start-up environmentSalary: up to £100k basicWe're supporting a fast-growing digital media group (150–200 people) operating across entertainment apps and iGaming/finance affiliate platforms. They’re scaling quickly and looking for a Director of HR to help shape the next stage of their growth.This is a senior, hands-on role at the heart of the leadership team. You’ll be steering culture, talent, performance, hiring, compensation, L&D, and the realities of a remote-first workforce. Strategic when it needs direction; practical when it needs doing.You’ll thrive here if you:• Have led HR in tech/digital/startup environments• Enjoy owning the full people function end-to-end• Know how to scale from ~200 people upward• Make decisions through clarity and data• Communicate well and care deeply about how people experience workThe setup is remote-friendly, with the option of time in their Asian HQ.
