Talent Acquisition AdministratorLocation: City of London Salary: £31,000 per annum Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join a friendly and dynamic People team at a leading law firm in the City. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment within a professional services environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, including interview scheduling, room bookings, and liaising with agencies or candidates.Respond to unsuccessful direct applicants promptly and professionally.Create and update job descriptions and manage job advertising.Draft offer letters and send onboarding documentation to new joiners.Coordinate onboarding processes and support firmwide inductions.Support the Early Careers Advisor with solicitor apprenticeship and graduate recruitment administration, including diary management and internal communications.Manage the recruitment inbox.Provide wider support to the Talent Acquisition and People Operations team on ad hoc tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have:Previous administrative experience in HR or recruitment is ideal.Strong administration experience within professional services.A collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships across the business.A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.Good stakeholder management experience.Flexibility to work in the office up to 5 days per week during peak periods.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
