Primeast received the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade in 2015 and 2021. Salary£27k-£31k Role PurposeAs a Learning & Development Co-ordinator, you’ll work within the Client Engagement Team to provide high-quality end-to-end support across our client programmes. You’ll manage logistics, coordinate communication between clients and facilitators, and ensure our learning projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their L&D or project management career who’s looking to develop within a supportive business with plans for growth. Contract Type: Permanent Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire / Hybrid Roles and Responsibilities:Programme Coordination and AdministrationBuild, maintain, and develop excellent relationships with clients, facilitators, and colleaguesUse Monday.com to input, track, update, and manage projects Create and maintain client and project records, ensuring accuracy and complianceSchedule learning events (virtual and in-person), coordinate communications, and prepare materialsAdminister learner diagnostics and liaise with external qualification bodiesSupport financial processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and cost trackingGather and analyse learner feedback and evaluation data to produce insight reportsConfidently use Microsoft Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Forms)Support virtual training sessions as ‘Producer’ using platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams Mural, Slido, and other collaboration tools. DeliverablesAccurate and timely coordination of programme activities and client communicationMaintenance of all project and client data in line with ISO and GDPR requirementsDelivery of consistent, high-quality administrative, client support and interpersonal relationshipsProactive identification of improvements and efficiencies in programme delivery Essential ExperienceExperience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within learning, HR, or consultancy environmentsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident communicator, both written and verbalCompetent user of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWorking collaboratively in a team environment Desirable ExperienceExperience using Monday.com or other project management toolsExperience in a learning and development or professional services environmentUnderstanding of learning design principles or event logisticsExperience working with clients or external suppliers Skills and AttributesExcellent customer service and relationship-building skillsClear, confident communicationStrong organisational and planning abilitySelf-motivated and proactive with a positive attitudeAdaptable and able to work collaboratively in a small, supportive teamA passion for learning and development Growth OpportunitiesAs you develop your confidence and capability, you’ll have the chance to gain experience in:Learning Design – supporting the creation of blended learning materials, managing digital content in MS Teams and LearnWorlds, and learning tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Storyline, and Canva.Sales & Marketing – contributing to proposals, case studies, and marketing materials, and supporting client engagement activities.Learning Facilitation – co-facilitating internal or client learning sessions alongside experienced Primeast facilitators and partners. Why Join Primeast?Flexible working (part- or full-time options, hybrid model)Opportunities for professional growth and career developmentSupportive and collaborative working environmentInvolvement in meaningful projects that make a difference to people and organisations globallyConvenient Town Centre office location To apply please submit your CV and Cover Letter.
