Role DescriptionWe are now seeking someone to join our business and head up this new business line. We will be hiring someone who can bring a great deal of experience, autonomy and a strong list of potential clients to the table to proactively build this section of the business. This is a highly autonomous position for someone who has reach a cap in their previous agency and is looking to build something highly effective and profitable, semi-independently. Although you will be responsible for building the division and, by extension, your own P&L, you will be carefully integrated into our existing 8-person agency, benefiting from direct access to the founders, our office, an existing brand with strong market presence and reputation. Candidate ProfileYou have 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing at a senior / semi-senior level. You have worked with high profile brands in the luxury and lifestyle or consumer space, with a proven track record in driving results. Your experience should have a high-level of influencer strategy involvement. You should also be a proactive, high agency individual with a fantastic network to boot. Your ambitions perhaps exceed a normal 9-5 in an agency and you want to seek further progression leading your own section of the business with uncapped earning potential.You should be commercially-minded, financially-savvy and confident speaking with founders and CMOs, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle from first outreach to close. Over time, as you bring in more business, you will have a team built around you to support in delivery of the work and you will also immediately have access to our content team as well to support in your efforts.If you are selected for the chemistry meeting with the founders, you will be given more details on structure of the position and ways of working.Day to Day @ socialed.Business & StrategyLead Generation & Outbound Sales + Networking.Discovery & Sales calls supported on these pitches by the founders as and when needed.Support in pitching & final round calls to close potential new partnerships in the organic & content parts of the business.Meeting with potential partner agencies to grow our network and generate new opportunities.Monitoring of P&L to ensure profitable growth of the division over time.You will also have autonomy over the business strategy of your department (markets, pricing, service mix etc) working closely with the founders to align with broader business objectives.Influencer & DeliveryYou will be responsible for strategising, sourcing, managing and reporting on influencer campaigns.You will be the main port of call for all influencer requests and campaigns until we reach a point of scaling out the teamYou will benefit fromDirect access to founders on a daily basis.Pitching support from founders.Cross-selling opportunities and the ability to work with existing portfolio of partners.Our office space in Farringdon.Our content arm of the business to bolster pitches and improve the standard of delivery.Our existing brand, infrastructure and reputation (inc. social presence, network, website, financial controlling etc).Competitive base + revenue share.
