With category expertise in full-collection menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, infant toddler; we specialize in denim, outerwear, activewear, loungewear/sleepwear, trusted by top retailers.About the RoleWe’re seeking a strategic and highly experienced Director of Production to lead end‑to‑end production operations across multiple categories. This role drives calendar adherence, cost optimization, quality execution, and vendor management—ensuring on‑time, on‑cost, and on‑quality delivery. The Director of Production partners closely with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Sales, Logistics, and global factory partners to scale best‑in‑class production practices across the portfolio.How You’ll Contribute• Experience working with clubs such as Costco, Sams Club, Walmart and BJ's is preferred.• Own and oversee the full production lifecycle from development through bulk delivery.• Lead and mentor production teams ensuring clarity of roles, priorities, and accountability.• Drive production calendar execution—anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure milestones are met.• Oversee cost negotiations, factory allocations, capacity planning, and WIP/PTR reporting.• Strengthen vendor relationships to ensure quality, speed, margin, and compliance.• Partner cross‑functionally to reinforce brand vision while meeting margin and timeline targets.• Ensure compliance and testing requirements for all categories and channels.• Analyze business performance, lead time opportunities, cost efficiencies, and supply chain optimization.• Champion operational excellence and scalable production processes.What You Bring to the Team• 10+ years of production experience across multiple apparel categories working with Costco, Sams Club, Walmart and BJ's.• Experience leading teams and managing large‑scale vendor and factory relationships.• A proven record of delivering product on‑cost, on‑quality, and on‑time.• Expertise in cost negotiations, timelines, and compliance requirements.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem‑solve in fast‑paced environments.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional leaders.• Experience working with major retailers and/or license partners preferred.Why Join o5 group• Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.• 401(k) + company‑paid life insurance.• Paid Time Off (PTO) + company holidays.• Commuter benefits.• Hybrid/flexible schedule.• Family‑oriented culture.• Responsibility & Sustainability — at o5 group this spans economic, social, and environmental impact.Applyjobs@o5group.com
