We move quickly, experiment often, and care deeply about the people we serve. If you’re looking for a role where you can own a project, bring your ideas to life, and see your work make an immediate impact, this might be for you. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for the entire email marketing process from strategy to execution. You’ll plan, write, design, and optimize our email campaigns in Brevo, and manage our CRM Pipeline. Your day-to-day may include: Writing and designing engaging, high-converting emails. Setting up complex email sequences and automations. Managing lead lists, organizing, cleaning, and segmenting contacts. Planning campaign cadence and strategy (frequency, audience, goals). A/B testing subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action. Monitoring key metrics (open rates, CTRs, deliverability, etc.) and iterating to improve results. Ensuring our emails stay compliant and out of spam folders. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to align campaigns with company goals, but you’ll have full creative control and ownership of this area. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns from start to finish. Strong copywriting skills. You know how to turn a message into action. A creative eye for design and layout (experience in Brevo preferred). Comfortable experimenting, testing, and adapting strategies as we grow. 3–4 hours per day available to dedicate to this project. A proactive, independent mindset. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and brings ideas to the table. About Our Culture We’re not a corporate team with layers of approval or static playbooks. Things move fast here. Priorities can shift weekly as we test and learn, and that’s part of the fun. If you’re energized by building from scratch, improving processes, and having full ownership of your work, you’ll fit right in. If you prefer to simply be assigned tasks and execute them this probably isn’t the right role. Compensation & Structure This is a project-based position, 1099 to start $5,000 per monthWe’ll start with a 3-month pilot phase focused on testing fit, results, and collaboration style.
