This job offers both personal and professional growth in a setting focused on sustainability and wellness.Key Responsibilities:- Work with the General Manager to set and reach sales and marketing goals that match the hotel’s vision and brand.- Create and carry out marketing plans, set sales goals, and manage promotions to maximize occupancy and revenue.- Lead and support a team, promoting a culture of excellence and improvement to ensure high service standards.- Oversee the guest experience from booking to departure, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing any issues.- Ensure the department follows legal and financial rules and maintain clear communication within the hotel for smooth operations.- Keep up with industry trends and apply new practices that support the brand’s focus on wellness and sustainability.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.- More than five years in a senior sales and marketing role within luxury hotels, with a proven track record.- Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with hotel systems like PMS and CRM.- Fluent in English with a basic understanding of Japanese language and culture.
