Director of Brand & Store ExperienceThis is a key strategic role responsible for elevating the full brand identity, in-store experience, and customer journey for one of their major lifestyle brands across the region.This hire will shape how the brand looks, feels, and performs inside every store — from concept, branding and VM, to retail experience and premium positioning.Role OverviewAs Director of Brand & Store Experience, you will own the complete brand expression in physical retail. You’ll lead brand concept development, store identity, visual and experiential design, and collaborate closely with retail, operations and merchandising to bring a refreshed, high-impact customer experience to life.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the brand concept, visual identity and creative direction across all storesDevelop exceptional in-store customer experiences, layouts and brand storytellingPartner with Retail/VM/Operations to improve store environments and customer flowDrive brand consistency across multiple markets and store formatsRefresh brand guidelines and roll out seasonal concept updatesElevate the brand towards a more premium, cohesive experienceSupport strategic brand transformation or turnaround initiativesLead cross-functional execution of brand and store experience projectsIdeal Candidate10+ years’ experience in retail brand development, concept creation, store experience or VMStrong background in fashion, lifestyle or outdoor retailProven experience improving or repositioning a retail brandDeep understanding of in-store operations and customer behaviourStrong creative direction skills with the ability to execute commerciallyExperience leading multi-country rollouts (UAE/India experience an advantage)Someone who has grown or built a brand from concept stageEcommerce background not requiredPackageSalary range: 45,000 – 50,000 AED per monthAnnual flights, bonusesRelocation support for the right candidate
