Established in 2000 in Beirut, we continue to expand across the region.We are currently seeking a highly skilled MEP Projects Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.Requirements OverviewA strong background in MEP project management for retail, F&B, and mall developments is highly mandatory. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of direct experience working with leading mall developers such as Emaar, Dubai Holding, Nakheel, MAF, and top-tier retail/F&B brands.Role OverviewThe MEP Projects Manager will oversee and manage the complete MEP scope across multiple interior design and fit-out projects. This includes planning, coordination, execution, site management, inspections, approvals, testing & commissioning, and ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems meet project, mall, and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership and coordination between clients, consultants, mall authorities, designers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all MEP project activities across multiple fit-out projects from initiation to handover.Represent the company in all MEP-related meetings with clients, consultants, mall engineers, and authorities.Review and approve MEP drawings, technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.Coordinate MEP procurement, expediting, deliveries, and material approvals.Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with mall guidelines, local authority regulations, and QA/QC standards.Create, develop, and monitor detailed MEP project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.Lead and support MEP engineers, site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors.Ensure proper execution of MEP installations, testing, commissioning, and documentation for handover.Maintain effective communication with designers, architects, project managers, and internal departments.Manage and resolve technical challenges, design conflicts, and onsite coordination issues.Ability to manage pressure and supervise multiple fast-track MEP fit-out projects simultaneously.Drive efficient and timely delivery of all MEP project milestones.QualificationsProven experience (minimum 3 years) as an MEP Projects Manager in design and fit-out environments.Mandatory experience managing MEP works in mall projects such as Emaar, Nakheel, MAF, Dubai Holding, etc.Strong background in MEP systems for F&B, retail outlets, commercial spaces, and mall developments (minimum 3 years).In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, ELV systems, and authority approval processes (DCD, DEWA, DM, DDA, etc.).Strong expertise in MEP project planning, logistics, QA/QC, and site coordination.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.Strong decision-making, technical problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Proficiency in MEP-related project management tools and software.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline (preferred).Valid U.A.E. driving license (highly mandatory).Availability to join within 1 to 2 months.
