Our agencies span social, brand, content, and digital performance, and we pride ourselves on balancing creativity with results.The RoleWe’re looking for a Director of Client Strategy & Delivery, someone who can connect the dots between business goals, creative ideas, and measurable outcomes.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves the mix of strategy, people, and process. You’ll lead client strategy across our portfolio, oversee the quality and consistency of delivery, and play a key role in mentoring our team.You’ll partner closely with the CEO to keep clients happy, work moving, and the business growing. When things get messy, you’ll bring clarity. When performance slips, you’ll help fix it. And when great work happens, you’ll make sure everyone knows why it worked and how to do it again.What You’ll DoClient Strategy & LeadershipLead strategy for a set of key accounts across social, paid, SEO, email, and web.Confidently present and pitch ideas, ensuring clients feel informed, inspired, and in good hands.Review performance data monthly and turn insights into clear next steps or course-corrections.Partner with the CEO on growth planning, pricing, and scope recommendations.Identify opportunities to expand accounts in ways that genuinely add value.Delivery Oversight & Quality ControlKeep an eye on day-to-day delivery; review and approve major work before it goes out to ensure accuracy, polish, and alignment to strategy.Support the team in managing deadlines, priorities, and client expectations.Step in early when projects go off-track; help problem-solve with calm and clarity.Work with the CEO and Account team to maintain healthy margins and realistic scopes.Team Coaching & DevelopmentMentor Account Managers and Specialists, building their confidence in strategy, communication, and prioritization.Create feedback loops that encourage growth; short, regular check-ins instead of once-a-year reviews.Keep a pulse on morale, workload, and collaboration within the Denver office.Celebrate wins, share learnings, and model what good looks like.Performance manage when and where necessary, making key decisions on resourcing alongside CEO and Agency Manager.Performance & ReportingReview campaign and website performance regularly; not to play analyst, but to stay close to what’s working.Ensure reporting (GA4, Looker Studio, platform dashboards) is accurate, simple, and actionable.Use data to guide creative and media direction, helping the team test, learn, and improve.What We’re Looking ForMust-HavesStrong agency background with proven experience in marketing strategy and client leadership.Excellent communicator: persuasive, articulate, and comfortable in senior-level conversations.Experience managing people and delivery across multiple accounts.Solid understanding of digital marketing (paid and organic social, SEO, PPC, email, web).Confident leadership presence: in the Denver office and in front of clients.Strong writing and presentation skills: decks that are as clear as they are polished.Technically fluent: comfortable in Meta Business Manager, GA4, and modern marketing tools.Hands-on approach: willing to dig in when things get busy.Natural commercial instinct: you can spot smart upsells and know how to talk about ROI.Comfort using AI tools to speed up research, copy, or analysis.Nice-to-HavesExperience building internal frameworks or processes that make agency life smoother.Experience in AsanaExperience in HubspotA network in the Denver marketing community.What Success Looks LikeClients see you as a trusted strategic partner, not just a point of contact.The team feel supported, clear, and proud of their work.Work leaving the agency is polished, accurate, and purposeful.Performance is monitored and improved proactively.Delivery feels smoother and the CEO’s load gets lighter.Why Join Friday CollectiveA chance to help shape strategy and client experience across three fast-growing boutique agencies.Hybrid flexibility (three days in office, two remote).A collaborative, human-first culture; we care deeply about the people and the work.Opportunities to grow with a business that values clarity, creativity, and good humans doing great work.Salary: $90,000
