You will play a critical role in developing our technology products and taking them to market—from concept and design through pilots, deployment, and continuous improvement.You will oversee a team focused on advanced scheduling, accelerated commissioning, and multi-project analytics, ensuring our tools and processes help clients compress timelines, identify constraints early, and make data-driven decisions. Your expertise will guide our integration with platforms like Procore, Primavera P6, and CxAlloy, ensuring seamless data flow, real-time visibility, and actionable insights. You will also present our solutions to clients and partners, clearly communicating value, ROI, and strategic impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead R&D & Product Strategy: Set the vision and roadmap for Weeks Grp’s technology solutions, with a focus on automating commissioning and deployment workflows, improving schedule reliability, and enabling scalable best practices across programs and regions.Scheduling & Commissioning Innovation: Oversee the development and continuous refinement of advanced, resource-loaded project and commissioning schedules (including complex P6-based models), ensuring alignment from equipment-level tasks through overall program milestones.Acceleration & Issue Resolution: Drive strategies and playbooks that enable accelerated commissioning, proactive constraint identification, and rapid on-site problem solving—leveraging both internal expertise and external vendors or partners where needed.Rapid-Deployment & Client Support: Own and evolve the Weeks Grp rapid-deployment model used to perform focused on-site assessments, close gaps quickly, and provide high-value turnaround for clients on critical projects.Client, Vendor & Partner Engagement: Serve as a senior technical and strategic point of contact with key clients (e.g., major cloud providers) and vendors, aligning on commitments, timelines, and expectations while representing Weeks Grp solutions and capabilities.Analytics & Dashboards: Direct the design of dashboards and reporting that provide multi-project visibility at regional and national levels, highlight bottlenecks, forecast risks, and support executive decision-making.Systems Integration & Automation: Lead integration strategy and execution between Weeks Grp tools and platforms such as Procore, CxAlloy, Primavera P6, and BI tools, ensuring robust automation, reliable data pipelines, and meaningful analytics for the field and leadership.Team Leadership & Culture: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, analysts, and product specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.QualificationsProven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success leading R&D, technology, or product teams, with a strong preference for experience in the data center construction industry.Product & Go-to-Market Experience: Background in shaping and delivering technology products or platforms, including client pilots and scaled deployment.Data Analytics and Business Intelligence: Extensive experience with data analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to drive insights and strategic decisions.Industry-Specific Software Expertise: Deep familiarity with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, Power BI, and CxAlloy, and their role in project management and commissioning workflows.Automation & API Integration: Hands-on experience with automation technologies and API integrations supporting data management, reporting, and workflow optimization.Software Programming Skills: Proficiency in relevant languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, focused on process automation and system enhancement.Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, executives, and clients, including presenting complex technical concepts and analytics in a simple, compelling way.Strategic and Innovative Mindset: Passion for driving innovation, challenging the status quo, and building scalable solutions in the data center construction sector.If you are a visionary leader with a passion for technology, product development, and innovation in the data center construction industry, we would love to hear from you.Join us in shaping the future of commissioning, technology, and product innovation in data center construction!Benefits:- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.- Fully paid comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision and dental insurance for your entire family.- 401K Safe Harbor Plan.- PTO- Opportunities to work on cutting-edge technology and industry-leading projects in the data center sector.- A supportive and collaborative work environment focused on employee development and long-term success.How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for construction and a strong background in data center projects, we encourage you to apply.
