This is not an HR generalist role — it is a mission-critical leadership position responsible for architecting an internal recruiting engine that operates with the rigor, speed, and quality of a top-tier executive search firm.You will manage a team of 3–4 Recruiters and partner closely with our VP, Creative Operations (Darragh Rose) to deliver a predictable, high-quality recruiting function that fuels Darkroom’s rapid scaling.
