Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible!Your role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist for our offices in Rossio. You will be responsible for the recruitment of EssilorLuxottica Group in Portugal, focusing on the retail sector, namely MultiOpticas and GrandOptical.Main responsibilities:Conduct recruitment processes from the moment they are opened until the candidate is selected.Identifying and contacting the best candidates (job boards, social media, events, etc.) who match internal needs.Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome.Creating and maintaining relationships with schools in line with our Employer Branding strategy.Managing internships vacancies with different Universities and Business Schools for our future trainees.Main requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.At least 4 years of previous experience in recruitment in a dynamic and changing environment.Previous experience in retail or retail recruitment.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Strong knowledge of English and knowledge of Spanish will be a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail.Proactive, curious and innovative approach, positive attitude and collaborative spirit.Driver's license.What’s in it for you:In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
