ResponsibilitiesLead P&L management, budgeting, and financial performance oversight.Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand client portfolios and service offerings.Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients across industries.Lead high-value client engagements, proposals, and presentations.Drive business development initiatives and partnerships to increase market share.Manage, coach, and motivate a team of consultants and recruitment professionals.Establish performance KPIs and ensure the team achieves delivery excellence.Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative, and client-focused culture.Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent, contract, and executive placements.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and ethical recruitment practices.Implement efficient systems, tools, and best practices to optimize productivity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 8–12 years of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven success in managing recruitment teams and achieving sales or placement targets.Strong understanding of Thailand’s employment market and regional HR landscape.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.Proficient in client relationship management.
