Position Title: Director - Strategic Initiatives & Product ManagementLocation: UAEJob Summary: The Director of Strategic Initiatives & Product Management will serve as a senior leader and trusted partner to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO), responsible for shaping and executing the long-term growth of the group. This leader will drive a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives or products that accelerate the data led transformation of PureHealth.The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who can translate vision into action, orchestrate alignment across functions, and manage a diverse mix of data and analytics products and strategic initiatives.This role is pivotal in bridging strategy, execution, and impact within the CDAO. The Director ensures that the organization not only invests in data and analytics but also turns them into strategic assets that drive measurable value for patients, members, and the enterprise.Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipPartner with the CDAO to define and operationalize the data and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and transformation priorities.Lead a small, high-performing team responsible for the design, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives and product portfolio.Product ManagementEstablish and oversee a data and analytics product management discipline, ensuring business needs are met through clear product roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and value tracking.Collaborate with Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Value Creation teams to design and deliver analytics products that improve clinical, operational, and financial performance.Champion user-centric design and agile delivery for analytics products and platforms.Strategic Initiatives & ExecutionLead strategic initiatives focused on internal and external stakeholder relationships. Drive alignment and accountability across diverse stakeholder groups, including technology, clinical, finance, operations, and digital health.Develop executive-level communications for strategic initiatives.Team & Capability BuildingBuild and lead a small team of data professionals, creating a culture of excellence, innovation, and impact.Mentor emerging leaders and promote best practices in product management, data strategy, and stakeholder engagement.Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, data science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, analytics, or digital transformation roles.Proven success leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.Experience in product management, data strategy, or digital transformation strongly preferred.Exceptional strategic thinking and organizational agility.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Proven ability to build and execute against roadmaps and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Knowledge of healthcare operations, payer/provider dynamics, and data governance best practices.Skilled in agile methodologies and product management frameworks (e.g., Lean, SAFe, Scrum).About PureHealthPureHealth is the UAE’s largest integrated healthcare platform, committed to revolutionizing the nation’s healthcare ecosystem and advancing the future of health through innovation, technology, and world-class care delivery.Why Join UsAt PureHealth, you’ll be part of a transformational journey to redefine healthcare through technology and human-centered innovation.
