OverviewResponsibilitiesMain Purpose: Ensure smooth operation of the dispatch function, as well as the collection of delivery KPIs Accountabilities Ensure orders are properly transferred Update KPI reports with dispatched Delivery CRs information Meet with assigned Delivery Drivers and brief on daily plan Review pending orders delivery report and discuss with each PSR Balance truck loads to ensure proper deliveries Perform rerouting when needed using standard process and guidelines Manage routing of customers assigned to his responsibility (when dynamic routing is available) Help to continuously improve the routing process and tools through field learning.
