The District Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational performance and service delivery of multiple client sites within a designated district or region. This role ensures that security operations meet client expectations, contractual obligations, and company standards while maintaining profitability, employee engagement, and client satisfaction. The District Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between Securitas, its clients, and field operations teams.Compensation And BenefitsWe believe in investing in our people. When you join Securitas, you’ll receive:Competitive Salary: $62,000 AnnuallyMonthly Vehicle Allowance: $500.00Comprehensive Benefits Package:Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance10 accrued vacation days, 4 personal holidays, 6 sick days401K with company matchingCareer Growth: Continuous training and leadership development programs.Dynamic Work Environment: Be a part of a highly engaged and results-driven team.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and performance reviews to assess service quality and resolve issues proactively.Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s security needs, expectations, and site-specific challenges.Operational OversightManage day-to-day security operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with client contracts and Securitas standards.Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and post orders to ensure efficient coverage.Monitor and evaluate the performance of site supervisors and security officers, providing coaching and development as needed.Financial & Administrative ManagementMaintain responsibility for district-level P&L, ensuring operations meet or exceed financial targets.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports as required.Review and approve billing, payroll, and other administrative documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, motivate, and support site management teams and officers through consistent communication and performance feedback.Recruit, select, and onboard site leadership and key security personnel as needed.Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Compliance & SafetyEnsure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.Maintain awareness of site safety and risk management initiatives; conduct investigations as required.Support company initiatives in training, safety, diversity, and inclusion.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience accepted.Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive security management, operations, or multi-site supervisory experience.SkillsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage budgets and operational performance metrics.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Other RequirementsMust possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Must be able to obtain and maintain any required state security license(s).Physical and Work ConditionsRegular travel between client sites within the assigned district.Occasional evening or weekend work as needed to meet client or operational needs.If you're a results-driven leader with a passion for safety, client satisfaction, and operational success, we invite you to join our team and make a meaningful impact.Company Website: https://www.securitasinc.comSecuritas is committed to equal employment opportunity.
