Sofi Mer is one of SOFICOPHARM Group Entities, Sofi Life presents private label fully imported innovative European portfolio in different therapeutic areas dedicated for people’s both physical and mental health.Sofi Mer is seeking to hire District Managers .The Brief Job Description is as following: - Drive and improve medical representative sales performance.- Develop deep understanding of customers and the healthcare market.- Lead the execution of product strategies, new business development and change initiatives.- Lead, motivate and develop exceptional teams.- Create a culture of high performance, learning and development.- Lead the work of developing effective and enduring customer relationships.- Works within Sofi Life policies and standard operating procedures “SOPs”.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree of related medical studies (Pharmacy, Veterinary, Science). At least 1 year of experience in similar managerial role in reputable pharmaceutical companies in Egypt. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent leadership and team management skills via strong coaching, learning and developing abilitiesExperience in Gynecology, Andrology, Pediatric or Weight Management therapeutic areas is preferred.Presentable and have strong customer service orientation.Enthusiastic, energetic & positive behaviors.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to travel within the assigned territoryProficiency in sales analytics and CRM software is a plus.IndustryPharmaceutical ManufacturingEmployment TypeFull-time
