Our high retention rate is influenced by a unique compensation program for positions that are more than just jobs - they're chances to grow, do what you love and build a career with us!Job DescriptionTo drive a consistent and effective District Sales Program inside the office, which consists in driving a strong and solid District SalesTeam, attract and close local accounts and ensure continual business growth within the District.Duties and TasksBuild and Manage the District Sales strategy to call and secure on all A, B, & C accountsCreate and monitor the District Sales PlanEnsure proper measurements (KPIs) are put in place to successfully execute the District Sales PlanManage at minimum ten personal target accounts on his/her ownPlay an active role in developing his/her own business in addition to spending time in the field with their District Sales ExecutivesMonitor number of DSE Sales calls, leads and revenue generated by customerEnsure all new accounts are transitioned, reviewed and discussed with operations to be hand over to the retention programFacilitate any product initiatives or blitz programs with operationsCoach and mentor direct reports to develop them professionally and personallyExecuting the scorecard reviews of each District Sales ExecutiveReview department goals and sales plan periodically with staff to ensure buy-in and accountabilityQualificationsWritten and verbal communication skillsListening skillsLeadershipEmotional intelligenceLeading changeAdaptabilityPresentation skillsAnalytical thinkingProblem solvingStrategic planningEnglish language proficiencySales and business developmentUniversity or equivalent business qualificationsMinimum 5 years personnel management experience4 + years of industry specific qualification (country specific)Additional InformationPrivate Medical InsuranceMeal TicketsBonuses based on PerformanceTraining and Personnel Development ProgramTraining and Education ProgramCompany car
