Job Description

The position exists to execute sales operations with the objective of achieving company's sales and revenue generation targets on monthly and annual basis in the assigned district.Key Responsibilities:Ensure execution of action plans and implementation of customer service standards.Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.Ensure the execution of the company sales plans at the grass roots level within the assigned district.Market Development in order to achieve business objectives resulting in business growth In conjunction with the RSM.Identify underdeveloped areas with high sales potential and to ensure the availability of the product accordingly.Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities.Qualification & Experience:MBA in Marketing or MSc Agriculture with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
