The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple sales teams within the assigned territory. This includes setting targets, monitoring sales performance, providing coaching and feedback, conducting market analysis, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role also involves building strong client relationships, collaborating on marketing initiatives, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the district.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and organizational skills to effectively oversee multiple sales teams and achieve business goals.Proven ability in sales planning, target setting, and executing strategic initiatives within a given region or territory.Experience in market analysis, client relationship management, and identifying growth opportunities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for coordinating with clients, teams, and stakeholders effectively.Proficiency in tools and systems relevant to sales and distribution operations, with a results-oriented mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
