职责 Essential Functions and Responsibilities 职责描述 : Territory management and development 区域管理和发展 Develop and implement market development plan in accordance to assigned sales targets. 根据所管辖区域的销售目标,制订并执行适合该区域的销售策略和计划 Guide and supervise the team members in the territory to establish marketing plans and sales targets reached 指导和管理区域内团队成员建立销售计划并有效执行以达成销售指标。 Develop and maintain good working relationships with key customers, with the objective to achieve growth of customer accounts 发展和维持与重点客户的良好合作关系,以促进业务的持续增长 Organize and coordinate of professional education and marketing activities for the territory’s business development 安排和协调适合区域业务发展的各项市场及学术活动 Responsible for VBP management as well as market access for the assigned territory 负责区域内带量采购及准入工作的开展和维护。 Establish and manage territory sales channels 区域销售渠道的建立和管理 Establish a reasonable and effective network of agents, to ensure full coverage of the target hospitals 在所管辖区域内,建立合理有效的渠道体系,定期开展业务回顾工作,确保目标医院的全面覆盖及商业指标的 完成。 Develop new agents with the objective to constantly optimize the structure of the agent network and achievement of sales goals 发展新的代理商,不断优化渠道架构体系,建立长期紧密合作伙伴关系。 Plan and arrange the team to assist in training and management of agents 统筹规划团队成员对代理商及其销售人员的培训和管理 Team Management and Development 团队管理和发展 Develop and train the direct reports, with an objective to establish a cohesive team 积极发展和培养人才,建立一支高凝聚力的队伍 Provide regular feedback and guidance to the team members to drive performance and realize the individual’s potential 定期指导和提供反馈给团队成员,提升团队成员的工作绩效和能力 Establish a positive image in the territory. Regularly track the team deliverables to ensure compliance with company requirements specification. 在区域内树立积极正面的形象并定期跟踪团队成员的工作情况以确保团队成员的工作规范符合公司要求 资质 Qualifications 任职要求: Bachelor degree in related disciplines. 本科及以上学历 Minimum of five years of sales management experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical products and it is preferred to have 1-2 years of team management experience. 五年以上行业销售经验 ,有 1-2 年团队管理经验者优先 Possesses good communication skills and has the ability to influence; Engenders trust and credibility. 良好的职业操守和沟通技巧 Open to frequent travel. 愿意经常出差 Cordis is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal opportunity for all teammates and applicants.
