The position requires close collaboration with Visual Merchandising, EKINs, Production, Retail Creative, Brand Management, and cross-functional partners including City Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Marketing, and Brand Creative, as well as external agencies and vendors.The candidate needs to haveBased in ShanghaiMinimum 5+ years of experience in retail marketing and/or brand marketing with proven campaign executionBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.Strong interest or background in sport, youth culture, and retailExcellent communication and presentation skills with experience managing agencies, vendors, and budgetsWhat You Will Work OnStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute retail marketing campaigns for Nike Basketball that elevate Nike-exclusive retail experiences and servicesLead end-to-end campaign planning from brief development to post-campaign analysisDrive the strategic direction of Basketball retail marketing in Greater China, ensuring alignment with global and city brand prioritiesExecution ExcellenceManage agency partners, vendors, and budgets to ensure flawless executionPresent concepts and campaign plans to cross-functional and leadership teamsLead retail launch events and in-store experiences that drive brand equity and sales performanceInnovation & InclusionDrive innovation in retail experiences while maintaining brand excellenceChampion inclusivity in all retail touchpointsIdentify emerging trends in sport, youth culture, and retail to stay ahead of consumer expectationsWho You Will Work WithCross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate with Visual Merchandising, EKINs, Production, Retail Creative, and Brand Management to deliver on key brand prioritiesPartner with City Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Marketing, and Brand Creative to execute integrated, omni-channel campaignsWork closely with GC Marketplace Teams, Retail Elevation, and Merchandising to ensure market alignmentWhat You BringExperience & BackgroundBased in ShanghaiMinimum 5+ years of experience in retail marketing and/or brand marketing with proven campaign execution at scaleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)Track record of managing budgets and agency relationshipsSkills & CompetenciesDeep passion for sport, basketball culture, and youth trendsStrong strategic thinking with ability to translate brand vision into actionable retail campaignsExcellent communication and presentation skills - able to influence senior stakeholdersData-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analysisProven track record of managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teamsFluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)Personal AttributesTeam player with collaborative mindsetThrives in fast-paced, dynamic environmentBrings curiosity and imagination to every projectSelf-starter with strong ownership mentality
