Document Controller

We are a leading specialist in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) fit out, delivering high-quality projects across London. We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Document Controller to join our London office - the role is site based 5 days a week. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to develop their administrative skills within the construction and engineering sector.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to the office and project teams.Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and project documentation.Assist with preparation of reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.Coordinate scheduling and support team diaries.Manage incoming communications and enquiries in a professional manner.Support continuous improvement of office systems and processes.Candidate RequirementsExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities.A proactive and professional approach, with a willingness to learn and grow.Previous administrative experience is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.What We OfferCompetitive entry-level salary.Structured training and development opportunities.Clear progression pathways within the business.The opportunity to build a career in the dynamic construction and MEP fit out sector.A supportive and professional working environment in Central London.
