Company DescriptionLipton Rogers Developments LLP is a development company formed by Sir Stuart Lipton and Peter Rogers CBE who have been instrumental in delivering over 30 million square feet of iconic commercial and mixed-use developments in central London over the last four decades. Known for innovative design, planning, and construction solutions, the company works across office/commercial developments, mixed-use, government, theatre, and arts projects.This role is 100% office based and the applicant must live within 40 minutes of central London.At least 4 years continuous experience at C-Suite/CEO level is a pre-requisite.Applications must be received by Monday 1 December and accompanied by a covering letter.Role DescriptionWorking 1:1 but very much part of a small team providing assistance when required to other executives. This is an involved and fast-paced role with a mix of business and personal activities. Duties include: Managing a busy diary with constantly changing priorities. Planning, arranging, and rearranging meetings and travel to ensure the most efficient use of time, anticipation of future needs and scheduling appropriate planning time.Reviewing inboxes, prioritising emails, responding and making decisions on behalf of the executive and coordinating follow up actions. Preparation of agendas, briefing notes, and presentation materials.Keeping track of charitable donations, receipts and HMRC rebates. Claiming business expenses, and paying personal invoices.  Operational and team support, assisting in recruitment of junior staff, authorising day-to-day invoices.  Extensive use of MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.  A good level of IT knowledge and how to operate AV/telecoms systems/Teams, Zoom, Yealink. A willingness to undertake ad hoc tasks/special projects/research.An ability and willingness to be a member of the team, fulfilling any tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the office - for example; cover reception, clear meeting rooms, provide cover during colleagues’ lunch breaks and annual leave.QualificationsAt least 4 years working at C-Suite, Senior Executive levelStrong executive support capabilities, including diary planning, scheduling and coordinationProactive problem solving and anticipation of future needsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, operating with confidentiality and discretion at all timesStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to take initiative, be self-motivated, diligent, adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment, with changing prioritiesFamiliarity with office tools and technologies especially Microsoft Office SuitePrevious experience in property development is advantageousSalary: c.£65-£75k but commensurate with experience, 25 days holiday and competitive benefits packageApplications must be received by Monday 1 December and accompanied by a covering letter
