Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage refinement sessions. Work closely with designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-impact features. Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Scrum team. Stakeholder & Customer Engagement Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and define success metrics. Engage with customers to understand their challenges and ensure the platform delivers value.
Business and Metrics Monitor and analyze product usage metrics, engagement data, and feedback to drive data-informed decisions. Support go-to-market and business forecasting discussions where needed.
