Basic Qualification: Must have a Diploma in Civil / Architectural Drafting or equivalent (mandatory) Graduation in Architecture or Civil Engineering is an added advantage. Experience & Technical Requirements: Must have prepared architectural drawings,detailed drawings,elevation drawings for high-rise apartments, villas, shopping malls, 4 star hotel projects RequirementsTechnical Skills: Must have knowledge of K-SMART for building permit submissions Must be capable of preparing estimations for high-rise apartment projects Must have experience in interior drawings for 4 star hotels Must be capable of preparing cutting lists for interior works Must be able to prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) independently Software Skills: Must be proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory) Must have working knowledge of Revit Must be familiar with BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows and coordination Should be skilled in MS Excel for estimation and BOQ preparation Should have knowledge of K-SMART portal for online permit applications Responsibilities: Prepare architectural, structural, and interior working drawings as per project requirements Develop detailed drawings and layouts for execution at site Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for drawing clarifications Prepare BOQ and assist in material estimation for projects Ensure accuracy and compliance with building regulations and standards Key Attributes: Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good understanding of construction methods and materials Effective time management and documentation skills
