The role involves close coordination with DGCA, Department of Telecommunications (DoT), and other authorities for regulatory documentation, approvals, and licensing related to helicopter operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaison with DGCA Headquarters, Regional Offices, and Central Examination Office for aircraft-related documentation.Coordinate with Department of Telecommunications (DoT) for aeromobile license issuance, renewal, and record management.Prepare and process DGCA / eGCA applications for pilot licensing, medical issuance/renewal, and aircraft documentation and any other whenever required.Manage FATA documentation and ensure timely renewal and compliance submissions.Assist Transport Manager in managing pilot movements, travel, and scheduling as needed.Maintain aircraft and pilot document records, ensuring all compliance deadlines are met.Handle helicopter operation projects, ensuring alignment with DGCA & Company requirements.Work efficiently on eGCA portal, Google Workspace (G Suite), and Microsoft Office for data management and reporting.Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of DGCA regulations, eGCA portal, and aviation compliance processes.Hands-on experience in pilot licensing, FATA documentation, and aircraft documents renewals.Excellent liaison and coordination abilities with DGCA and DoT officials.Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.Preferred Candidate Profile2–5 years of experience in aviation regulatory affairs, helicopter operations, or non-scheduled operator environment.Experience in handling eGCA applications, aero mobile license renewals, and pilot documentation.Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi.Self-motivated professional with the ability to handle tasks independently.
